Acceptance of the terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase stated here apply to the sale of all TiTANA articles through its online shop www.titana.es.
We recommend that you read these conditions before proceeding with your purchase. Starting the purchase process implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
TiTANA reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time that it deems appropriate. No such modification shall affect orders already in progress.
Product availability and warranties
The product pages will include the appropriate descriptions and photographs in order to meet customer expectations.
In theory, the online shop is designed to sell available items and to inform customers of new product launches offering, in certain cases, the option of pre-sale. In the event an item being out of stock, the buyer will be notified immediately and the purchase amount of the product/s will be refunded.
On receipt of the order, and before using the product, should you find any defect, fault or breakage, email firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a photo of the damage. Don’t worry, we will replace the item immediately, or should that not be possible we will refund your money. On receipt of the new product you must return the defective/broken item for our analysis and quality control.
Prices and offers
The price is listed in each item description and includes VAT (Value Added Tax). As a general rule, tax at the rate of 21% will be applied within European Union, where applicable. When selling to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding import taxes.
Due to their special tax regimes, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT. Customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the article or in the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods.
Shipping costs are quoted at the time the order is placed.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of order. TiTANA reserves the right to change prices should conditions so require at any time.
Offers and promotions will be advertised on the item indicating the original price, the offer price and/or percentage discount and the end date. Such offers will be available until the date indicated, unless out of stock and/or cancelled by TiTANA.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers, packs, discounts or special promotions in force.
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process, and is an essential requirement to formalize the purchase.

When paying by card we will ask you for the following information: card number, expiry date and validation code. These are not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) in encrypted form. All such operations are carried out in a secure environment guaranteed by the financial institution with whom we work.
Any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchase must be reported to us by the customer as soon as possible, so that we may take the appropriate steps. Suppliers or issuers of payment means may adopt anti-fraud measures that entail the rejection of certain types of transactions. TiTANA is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
Orders will be delivered to the postal address indicated during the purchase process.
Shipping costs are not included and will be paid by the customer. The shipping costs are automatically calculated according to destination and purchase amount:
- Mainland Spain: 5,50 € (free for purchases over 99 €, VAT included)
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 12€
- European Union: please consult us in advance
Customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price and must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods.
- Mainland Spain: 5-7 working days
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7-9 working days
- European Union: please consult us in advance
The transport company will send an e-mail and/or SMS to your mobile phone when your order is in the delivery chain indicating the delivery date. If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will notify you to resolve the incident. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
Before you make your purchase, we ask you to think carefully about your choice of items. This helps avoid unnecessary costs for both parties and makes the whole process more sustainable.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
All products for exchange or return must be properly labelled and in the original packaging. They must not show signs of use. The information requested in the returns section must be filled in to enable the returns process.
Once the item/s have been received in our operator’s warehouse, the refund will be made within 30 working days, via the payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be for the amount of the price of the item/s minus the shipping costs of the initial order.
The customer undertakes to pay the return and/or exchange shipping costs except when the return is due to a defect, fault or breakage.
An exchange is considered to be the replacement of the same product in another colour and/or size.
The return of a product in the event of defect or fault is considered as a refund.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to send us back the item/s and, once we receive them, we will proceed to reimburse you.

The fulfilment of our obligations shall be suspended in the event of an act of God or force majeure. The following shall be considered as such: strikes of any kind, supply problems not attributable to TiTANA, social unrest, war, pandemics (COVID19) and any other reason not included in this list that justifies our action.
Should such an act of God or force majeure occur, TiTANA shall inform the customer within 15 days. In the event that such a suspension lasts longer than 30 days, the customer will be offered the option of cancelling the ongoing order and as a consequence will be reimbursed.
